THE TICE CHALLENGE

I think as human beings we have an inherent desire to grow and change. A large part of that imperative process includes focus (fo·cus, noun: the center of interest or activity) and self-actualization (self-ac·tu·al·i·za·tion, noun: the realization or fulfillment of one's talents and potentialities, especially considered as a drive or need present in everyone.) 

I like to call focus + self - actualization = Foculization

Since reaching a certain level of self discovery takes active effort, I invite you to participate in my 7 day #ticechallenge to “Reclaiming Yourself.” As I was struggling with new parenthood, I designed this challenge to help myself (and hopefully you too) to gain emotional clarity on a number of important life questions. 

Whether you’re going through a major life transition, a heart break, struggling with parenthood, or just want a feel good self-love refresher, the challenge I have created will take you through one daily activity to help you connect with yourself, your family or friends, your environment or your community.

Some activities may be unconventional or make you feel uncomfortable, but that’s all an important part of transformation. Each activity should take approximately 15- 30 minutes to complete.

Before you begin the challenge, here is a master list of all of the materials you will need for the full 7 day challenge:

-A journal

-5 pieces of loose paper

-Ulta washable marker

-thin and soft tipped Sharpie

-Baby or face wipes (any brand will work)

-camera or smart phone

-5 postcards

-5 stamps

-10 pack of solid colored balloons

-Jar with lid

-scissors
